| Spring Break 2018!! Road Trip to the "Mighty 5" National Parks of Utah. After a one night stopover in Las Vegas (and an afternoon at the spa at Caesar's) our first stop was a couple days at Zion National Park. We arrived in the afternoon and took the shuttle to the far end of the canyon to walk along the path to the steep canyon walls of The Narrows. |

| Hiking the Narrows is actually hiking IN THE RIVER and we didn't have any waterproof gear, so we just watched all the people as they were coming out. |

| As we walked out, the sun started to set and highlight the tops of the rock. |

| All the formations have different names. My favorite were these, The Court of the Patriarchs. |

| The bonus of the Zion portion of the trip was that Onions scored us TWO nights in the Watchman campground. We therefore camped right inside the park and could walk to the visitor center to catch the shuttle. |
