Kaikoura

After an early morning (230AM to 630AM) ride on the ferry from the North to South Islands, we headed east and drove down the east coast.  Sunrise on a black sand beach was the breakfast stop.

Pulling over along the coast, seals.  Seals would be the theme of the day.

Once again, PERFECT weather.  Lunch outside in the southern hemisphere winter!

Seals all around.  We got out of the kayaks for a while to get a close up view of the seals.
